I dug out some older folders of days I walked around the Conejo Valley to see it in 2017 before this year’s big fires. I’m looking forward to visiting after the clean-up and comparing these photos to any potential damage that has occurred. This is Wildwood Preserve, join me here as I walk around the outskirts, down into the river bottom and back up the other side. Here’s some of what I saw, including a big snake, a waterfall, flowers and plants and an amazing view of the hills.
